Chocolate Chia and Avocado Mousse

2 small avocados
2 ripe bananas
½ cup raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds

To top:
frozen berries
pistachio nuts
chia seeds
edible rose petals
shaved dark chocolate

A decadent, delicious treat for the one you love – or just yourself.

Place the avocados, bananas, cacao, maple syrup and chia seeds into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Divide between serving bowls, top with your favorite frozen berries, nuts and chia seeds.
