Ingredients
250ml of filtered water, chilled
2 tsp chia seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Combine water and chia seeds in a glass and stir.
Let sit for about 15 minutes so that the chia seeds expand.
Stir in the juice of one lemon. Enjoy.
