Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients
1 ¼ cups plain flour, sifted
1 cup Rolled oats
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup coconut flakes
½ cup sultanas
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
150g unsalted butter
½ tsp bicarb soda2 tbsp water
Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and sultanas together in a bowl. Melt butter and maple syrup on stove top. Once butter has melted add the bicarb and water. Keep on heat until bubbling. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. On a lined baking tray, divide the mixture into 20 free form cookies. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes (or until golden) Enjoy warm or allow to cool and store in an air tight container.
