Ultimate Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1 bowl

1 frozen banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp protein powder of choice
1 tbsp Pana Organic hazelnut cacao spread (or other brand of choice)
1 cup almond milk, chilled (or nut milk of choice)


1/4 tsp freeze dried raw Acai
1/4 cup mixed berry compote
1/4 cup almond milk

Toppings (optional)

1 tbsp Ulu-hye Cocoa Dust
1 Prana On Vegan Protein Ball
2-4 squares of vegan chocolate
1/2 tsp chia seeds
Fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

A vegan-friendly smoothie bowl that is fit for royalty!

Add all base ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
In a small bowl, mix together all swirl ingredients until well combined
Add base mixture to a serving bowl, then using a skewer, swirl through swirl mixture
Arrange and decorate with topping. Serve immediately

Tip: if you’d like a thicker base mixture, freeze for 30 minutes before serving
