2 tbsp chia seeds
2 (170g) ripe bananas
10 (80g) pitted dates, soaked in hot water, chopped
2 cups (200g) rolled oats
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia, 3 tbsp water)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons silvered almonds
1/4 cup almond meal
An irresistible classic family favourite!
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put berries in a small pot and cook on a low heat.
While berries are cooking, combine all other ingredients except 2 tbsp chia & mix until well combined.
Roll into balls and press a centre indent for jam, place on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 10mins.
Remove berries from heat and mash. Add chia and stir.
Add jam to centre of biscuits and cook for a further 5mins.
