Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Serves Makes 8-10 balls
1/2 cup (60g) rolled oats

1/2 tsp (2g) cinnamon powder

1 Tbsp (14g) white chia seeds

1/2 Tbsp (6g) cacao powder

2/3 cup (85g) peanut butter

2 Tbsp (40mL) maple syrup

1/3 cup water

Approx 1/2 cup chia seeds to coat

In a food processor blitz all dry ingredients
Add peanut butter and maple syrup. Process until combined. 
Add chilled water slowly until mixture comes together into a pliable dough. 
With wet hands roll into balls. Roll in chia seeds to coat.
Enjoy as a healthy snack on the go or as a delicious smoothie bowl topping.
