Coffee & Cherry Chia Trifle

Serves 1 person
1 cup (250mL) water
1 shot (30mL) espresso coffee
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup (125g) Greek yoghurt
200g fresh pitted cherries, chopped
1/2 cup granola

In a medium size bowl, add water, espresso coffee & chia seeds. Mix well to combine.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

In serving glasses layer, coffee chia mix, yoghurt, chopped cherries and granola.

Serve immediately.
