Fall lunch prep: sorted

If you’re anything like us, your summer has just gone by in an endless blur of cookouts, happy hours, and gelato. But now, the fun is over and you’re most likely feeling a little worse for wear from too much rose, too many late nights, plus the impending doom of endless cold months is just on the horizon.

But it’s not too late to make amends. In fact, fall is the perfect time to get back into some healthy(ish) routines before winter really kicks in and all you want to do is eat pasta and drink hot cocoa.

To get things started, we’ve rounded up a selection of our favourite simple fall meal-prep lunches. Make the most of the cosy Sunday afternoons and warm up your kitchen by cooking up a storm and you’ll have lunch (or dinner) ready for the week ahead:
