Chia seeds offer the highest combined plant source of omega-3, fibre and protein, along with a range of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Black and white chia seeds are nutritionally identical, the only difference being the seed coat colour.

We recommend one tablespoon (15g) of chia, every day. Sprinkle onto your muesli or cereals, into your salads or smoothies, or add to your baking.

Chia is naturally gluten free and vegan. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening.

Chia is a great source of nutrition for vegan, gluten free and raw diets.
