Ingredients
½ cup almonds
½ cup macadamia nuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup black and white Chia seeds
½ cup goji berries
½ – 1 cup raw cashews
4 – 6 fresh dates finely chopped
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
4 tbsp raw tahina or almond butter
1 tbsp green powder (optional)
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup cocoa nibs
2 tsp Chia oil (optional)
½ cup rice malt syrup (optional)
To Roll Balls
¾ cup toasted coconut flakes
1 cup desiccated coconut or sesame seeds
½ cup macadamia nuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds

To Roll Balls
¾ cup toasted coconut flakes
1 cup desiccated coconut or sesame seeds
Method
Add all the nuts, seeds, goji berries to a blender and blend until finely chopped. Transfer mix to a large bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix the ingredients until well combined and moist.
Add more coconut oil if mix is too dry. Roll into balls about the size of a 20 cent coin. Place the desiccated coconut or sesame seeds on a large dinner plate and roll the balls until well coated.
