Raspberry Bliss Ball Pops

6 medjool dates, pitted
45g sunflower seeds
45g desiccated coconut
1 tsp chia seeds
45g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
7 coloured straws, cut in half

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blitz until the mixture is sticky and can be pressed together between your fingers.
Roll into balls and push a straw into each one. Place into the freezer to set for a couple of hours.
