2 tbsp chia seeds
2 (170g) ripe bananas
10 (80g) pitted dates, chopped and soaked in hot water
200g (2 cups) rolled oats
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia, 3 tbsp water)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp flaked almonds
30g (¼ cup) ground almonds
An irresistible classic family favourite!
Preheat oven to 180°. Put berries in a small pan and cook on a low heat.
While berries are cooking, combine all other ingredients except 2 tbsp chia & mix until well combined.
Roll into balls and press a centre indent for jam, place on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 10 mins.
Remove berries from heat and mash. Add chia and stir.
Using a spoon, add jam to centre of biscuits and cook for a further 5 mins.
