Chia Green Smoothie

Serves 4 small glasses
Ingredients
1/2 Avocado
1 banana
500ml milk (or milk alternative)
1 big handful of spinach
1 tbsp honey (or preferred sweetener)
1 Chia Shot

 
Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 – 2 minutes until well combined. To sweeten, add honey or other sweeteners.  Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Tip: Add ice cubes to the blender along with other ingredients for a chilled snack on a hot day.
