Chia French Toast with Jam and Maple Syrup

Ingredients
3 eggs
125ml milk
1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
salt (to taste)
4 slices Chia & Fruit Bread
butter or oil for cooking
maple syrup
160g berry jam of your choice
Method

Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl.
Heat butter or oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Dip each piece of bread in egg mixture and gently place in heated pan. Cook for about 2 – 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with jam and maple syrup. You can also keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
Tip: Coconut oil is great for cooking the french toast and tastes delicious.
