Cacao Oats & Chia Granola

Serves 4 - 6 people
Ingredients
45g rolled oats

15g cocoa powder

25g chia seeds

15g quinoa or buckwheat flakes

40g chopped dates

30g seeds (pumpkin and/or sunflower)

10g Coconut Sugar

70g porridge oats

30g olive oil

2 tbsp maple syrup


Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, making sure that all the oats and seeds get coated.

Tip onto a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes.  Toss and bake for a further 5-10 minutes (or until lightly golden).

Leave to cool and then transfer to an airtight container.

Serve with your favourite combination of dried fruits, coconut flakes, nuts and yoghurt.
