1 shot (30ml) espresso coffee
55g (⅓ cup) chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
Rich espresso, creamy almond milk and nutritious chia seeds — the perfect coffee treat!
Add all ingredients into a medium-size bowl, and mix well to combine.
Transfer pudding into serving glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve topped with cocoa or cinnamon, a sprinkle of coffee beans, and extra chia seeds.
