Afternoon Treat Bars

120g blanched almonds
160g brazil nuts
50g black chia seeds
80g dark chocolate
60ml agave nectar
60ml coconut oil, melted
110g millet flax seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and line a square cake tin with greaseproof paper.
Pour the mixture into the tin and smooth the top. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and set.
Leave to cool completely: place in the fridge to harden and then cut into 10 even bars.
