No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
60g rolled oats
150g peanut butter (crunchy)
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
15g chia seeds
½ tbsp. maple syrup

Optional:
Grated zest of 1 orange
Melted dark choc chips
Method

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spoon and roll into small bite-sized balls. Place in the refrigerator to harden. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle across the top of the balls for decoration.
