156g plain flour, sifted
90g Rolled oats
78g coconut sugar
30g chia seed
30g shredded coconut
80g sultanas
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
150g unsalted butter
½ tsp bicarb soda
2 tbsp water

Method
With the perfect combination of good fats, fibre and plant based protein, thse chia breakfast biscuits will give you the energy to get going and stay going.
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter and maple syrup on stove top. Once butter has melted add the bicarb and water. Keep on heat until bubbling. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. On a lined baking tray, divide the mixture into 20 free form biscuits. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes (or until golden). Enjoy warm or allow to cool and store in an air tight container.
