1 heaped tsp chia seeds
1 heaped tsp coconut sugar
1 heaped tsp desiccated coconut
200 ml cold coconut milk (or 125 ml canned coconut milk and 100 ml water)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, then heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Remove from microwave and mix then taste. Heat more if needed.
Stir before and after cooking
Caution – oats will be hot after cooking
